Here’s how to do it:
Make sure potatoes are cut thinly, place it on a plate with paper towel. Brush the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt. Put it inside the microwave and heat it up for 7 minutes. Turn the potatoes on the other side and heat it again for another 3 minutes and you’re done. You can store your potato chips in an airtight container or simple in a ziplock.
